Suoca

Mada Suoca was the topic of Adam W. Swiczinsky's master thesis on acoustic guitars with hempstone bodies at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, thesis advisor Prof. Paolo Piva. The concept was to rethink guitar production. Don't cut a log into pieces, let it rest for decades, and then glue it back together again, but mold an acoustic guitar body out of one piece: Low emission, get the material from a radius of max. 500km distance, and let the guitar adapt to the body of the playing person. Be organic! The bodies were molded by Zellform in Upper Austria.
